FAQ: Resources for Attending Phone Meetings

Backup Number

If the main dial-in number is not working for you, you can connect using the alternate number:

  1. Dial 1-559-546-1400

  2. Enter the dial-in number followed by pound: 667-770-1523#

  3. Enter the access code followed by pound: 601805#

Free Smartphone App

Our phone service uses Free Conference Call HD, which provides a free smartphone app that lets you connect to OCA phone meetings over the internet, avoiding long-distance or cellular conference call charges.

Download the App

Connect Using the App

  1. Open the FCC HD app.

  2. Tap + New to add a meeting.

  3. For callers in the U.S. or Canada: Enter the main dial-in number.

  4. For callers outside the U.S. or Canada: Change the country to United States (+1), then enter the main dial-in number.

  5. Enter the access code (you do not need to enter #).

  6. Tap Join.

  7. When prompted, choose whether to join over the phone network or over the internet. In most cases, you will want to join over the internet.

Note:

  • If you join over the phone network, the app may display a phone number that is different from the published dial-in number. Don't worry—this is simply the number the app uses internally to connect you to the correct meeting.

  • After you've joined a meeting once, the app remembers the dial-in number and access code, so you won't need to enter them again.

  • New meetings are automatically named FCC HD Meeting. To rename a meeting, open it in the app, tap the pencil icon next to the meeting name, and enter a name such as OCA Phone Meetings.

Calling In Using the Free VoIP Dialer

You can also join meetings over the internet using the free VoIP Dialer available on the Free Conference Call HD website. See their site for instructions.
