Getting Started
Welcome!

If you’re new to OCA, you can learn about our program and recovery resources throughout this website. When you’re ready, the best way to learn more about OCA is to attend a meeting. We encourage you to attend at least six meetings and decide for yourself whether the program is a good fit for you.

You do not need to register with OCA to attend a meeting. Visit the Meetings page, choose a meeting you’d like to attend, and use the information provided to join or attend.

Our meetings are based on respectful listening and shared experience, with space for questions. You can also read What Is a Meeting Like? before attending to learn more about what to expect.

A contact is listed for each meeting on the Meetings page. If you have questions that aren’t answered on the website, you’re welcome to reach out to the contact for the meeting you’re interested in.

OCA does not diagnose or offer medical advice. What you’ll find here are people speaking from lived experience with obsessive-compulsive patterns and recovery.

Note: meeting registration on this website is for meeting representatives registering a new or existing OCA meeting with World Services, not for individuals wishing to attend.
